About Me
I bring order to chaos, so creative teams can do their best work.
My journey into project management didn't start with a love for spreadsheets (though I do love a good spreadsheet). It started with a realization: the best digital strategies in the world fall flat without someone to connect the dots, protect the timeline, and translate the vision across different teams.
At Nomadic Advertising, I thrive in the high-energy environment of agency life. I learned firsthand that successful project management isn't just about policing deadlines, it’s about empathy, clear communication, and removing roadblocks before they become crises. I pride myself on being the calm in the center of the storm, whether we are launching a complex website or navigating a sudden shift in campaign scope.
My Approach to Project Management
-
Proactive Problem Solving: I don't wait for things to break. I look three steps ahead on the roadmap to identify risks and build contingencies.
-
The Universal Translator: I speak "Developer," "Designer," "Marketer," and "Client." I ensure everyone understands the "why" behind the task, keeping expectations aligned across the board.
-
Process with Purpose: I use agile frameworks and project management tools to empower the team, not micromanage them. Good processes should reduce friction, not create it.
Beyond the Dashboard
When I’m not optimizing workflows, leading teams, or reviewing launch checklists, I like to step away from the screen. You can usually find me snowboarding in the mountains, exploring local hiking trails, experimenting in the kitchen, or reading up on classic literature.
